Fluxes.estimate_best_aperture(target: Optional[int] = None, method: str = 'stddiff', sigma=4)

Inplace setting of best aperture.

Parameters:

• target (int, optional) – Index of target, by default None

• method (str, optional) – Method to find best aperture, by default “stddiff”
